Malcolm Ritchie for Congress is built on a clear mission: create a new federal government that is responsible to “We the People” and restore real representation to Ohio’s 6th District.

From the hills of Appalachia to the industrial towns along the Ohio River, the people of the 6th District deserve leadership that puts people over politics. Malcolm’s mission is to ensure every voice in the community is heard, respected, and empowered.
His campaign centers on transparency, accountability, and policies that serve working families, not corporate interests. Corporate donations will not be accepted. Public service should answer to voters, not special interests.

Fighting for Basic Rights, Not Political Favors

Malcolm is running for Congress to fight for economic opportunity, affordable healthcare, strong unions, quality public schools, and clean air and water. These are not political talking points. They are basic rights.
He supports:
  • Establishing free healthcare for all American citizens
  • Expanding access to college and trade school education for all American citizens
  • Repealing the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and the Patriot Act, and drafting a new Defense Reorganization Act
  • Repealing the 2025 Budget Act
  • Upholding the Constitution and protecting the rights guaranteed to all citizens, including women, people of color, the LGBTQ+ community, and other marginalized groups
  • Initiating impeachment hearings for Trump, Vance, and the entire cabinet
  • Abolishing private prisons
  • Increasing the number of immigration courts and judges
  • Reestablishing nationwide mental health facilities
  • Rebuilding the electric grid using nuclear fusion reactors and underground power lines
  • Expand the high-speed rail system

Malcolm believes in strengthening our rural economies, investing in job training and infrastructure, and protecting the dignity of hard work.
